- Perishable goods, including some types of bait or lures
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your items. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned items are safely delivered.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to some returned items, especially if the item is returned without the original packaging or is not in resalable condition.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the steps for a return and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange. If the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Cancellations

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. If you receive a faulty product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
9. International Orders
At this time, we only accept returns for U.S. orders. If you are located outside of the U.S. and wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team to discuss potential solutions.
